β-1,3-葡聚糖对齐口裂腹鱼非特异性免疫功能的影响

摘要:

本文探讨β-1,3-葡聚糖对齐口裂腹鱼非特异性免疫功能的影响。选择健康均重为(67.97士6.99)g的齐口裂腹鱼432尾,随机分为6组,每组6个重复,每个重复12尾。分别添加0、250、500、1000、2000和4000 mg/kg 的β-1,3-葡聚糖,于试验的第 14、28、42、56 d取样,测定各组头肾指数、脾脏指数、血液白细胞吞噬指数、红细胞吞噬指数、NBT 阳性细胞数、血浆溶菌酶活力和补体C3的含量。结果表明:(1)第 14 d 和第 28 d ,1000 mg/kg 剂量组的头肾指数显著高于对照组(P<0.05),第 42 d 和第 56 d ,250、500 mg/kg 剂量组的头肾指数显著高于对照组(P<0.05);第 28 d 至第 42 d ,1000、2000 mg/kg 剂量组的脾脏指数显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。(2)第 14 d 至第 56 d,500、1000 mg/kg 剂量组的血液白细胞吞噬指数、红细胞吞噬指数、NBT 阳性细胞数均显著高于对照组(P<0.05); 第 56 d,4000 mg/kg 剂量组的白细胞吞噬指数、红细胞吞噬指数和NBT 阳性细胞数均明显低于对照组。(3)第 14 d 至第 56 d,1000、2000 mg/kg剂量组血浆溶菌酶活力显著高于对照组(P<0.05);(4)第14 d至第56 d,各添加组血浆补体C3含量均显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。 由此推论:(1)添加适宜剂量(500~1000 mg/kg)的β-葡聚糖能显著增强齐口裂腹鱼的非特异性免疫功能;(2)长期(56 d)添加高剂量的 β-葡聚糖(4000 mg/kg)对齐口裂腹鱼的非特异性免疫功能具有抑制效应。

Abstract:

The experiment was conducted to study the effects of β-1,3-glucan on non-specific immunity function of Schizothorax prenanti Tchang. 432 healthy Schizothorax prenanti Tchang with an average weight of (67.97±6.99) g were selected, and randomly divided into 6 groups with 6 replicates in each group and 12 fishs in each repliicate. 0,250,500,1000,2000 and 4000 mg/kg of β-1,3-glucan were added in the diets of 6 groups respectively. On the 14th,28th,42th,56th day of the experiment, head kidney index, spleen index , phagocytic index of leukocyte and erythrocytes in blood , NBT masculine cell numbers,plasma lysozyme vitality, content of complement C3 in plasma were determined. The results showed that: 1) On the 14th and 28th day, the head kidney index of 1000 mg/kg dose group is higher than the control group(P<0.05). On the 42th and 56th day, the head kidney index of 250,500 mg/kg dose group is higher than the control group(P<0.05). On the 28th and 42th day, the spleen index of 1000,2000 mg/kg dose group are higher than the control group(P<0.05). 2)From 14th to 56th day, phagocytic index of leukocyte and erythrocytes, NBT masculine cell numbers in blood of 500,1000 mg/kg dose groups are significantly higher than the control group (P<0.05). These indicators of 4000 mg/kg dose group are lower than the control group. 3)From 14th to 56th day, plasma lysozyme activity of 1000,2000 mg/kg dose group is significantly higher than the control group (P<0.05); 4)From 14th to 56th day, content of complement C3 in plasma of groups added β-1,3-glucan is significantly higher (P<0.05) than the control group. In conclusion, 1) Adding 500~1000 mg/kg β-glucan can enhance non-specific immunity function of Schizothorax prenanti Tchang. 2) Long-term adding high dosage β-glucan can inhibit non-specific immunity function of Schizothorax prenanti Tchang.
