野菊花提取物体外抑菌活性研究

摘要:

利用琼脂扩散法和琼脂平板稀释法分别测定野菊花提取物对供试菌的抑菌活性和最小抑菌浓度(MIC)。通过测定不同培养时间后培养液的OD值(560nm)、活菌数和电导率研究野菊花提取物对金黄色葡萄球菌的生长曲线的影响。结果表明,野菊花提取物原液对金黄色葡萄球菌、大肠杆菌和沙门氏菌的抑菌活性分别为27.02mm±0.45mm、20.56mm±0.43mm、17.82mm±0. 36mm,MIC分别为原液浓度的12.5%(v/v)、25%(v/v)、50%(v/v)。与对照组相比,野菊花提取物作用于金黄色葡萄球菌后,菌体的生长繁殖受到影响,细胞渗透性改变,而且作用方式与麦迪霉素对金黄色葡萄球菌的作用方式存在差异。

Abstract:

The antibacterial activities and the minimal inhibitory concentration (MIC)of the extracts from wild chrysanthemum were determined by agar diffusion method and agar dilution method.Three indexs(OD(560nm),viable count,conductivity) were determined during the incubation to study the effects of wild chrysanthemum extract on the growth curve of Staphylococcus aureus.The diameter of inhibition zones of extracts against S. aureus, Escherichia coli and Salmonella paratyphi reached 27.02mm±0.45mm,20.56mm±0.43mm,17.82mm±0.36mm, respectively,MIC was as follows:12.5%(v/v) of the extract to S. aureus,25%(v/v) to E. coli, 50%(v/v) to S. paratyphi. Compared with the controls, the growth and reproduction of S. aureus are affected by wild chrysanthemum extracts and the cell permeability changed with a different action mode from Midecamycin .
