复合菌剂强化秸秆堆肥试验

Experiment on Straw Compost Enhanced by the Composite Microbial Agents

摘要: 通过在堆肥时添加复合菌剂来强化秸秆降解。结果表明:添加复合菌剂可以加快秸秆分解。在第10 d时,实验组的秸秆失重率、半纤维素分解率、纤维素分解率、木质素分解率比对照组分别提高了5.7%、6.5%、5.1%、0.6%,到第60 d时分别提高了3.5%、0.2%、3.5%和3.7%。

Abstract: In order to enhance the decomposition of straw, the composite microbial agent was added into the compost of straw. The results showed that the decomposition of straw could be enhanced by adding the microbial agent. The decomposition rate of straw, hemicellulose, cellulose and lignin of the test group with addition of microbes into the compost increased by 5.7%, 6.5%, 5.1% and 0.6% over those of the control group respectively on the 10th day of compost;increased by 3.5%, 0.2%, 3.5% and 3.7% over the control group respectively on the 60th day of compost.
