干旱胁迫对石漠化地区3种乡土草种光合作用的影响

Effects of Drought Stress on Photosynthesis of Three Native Grasses in the Rocky Desertification Area

摘要: [目的] 研究在不同程度的干旱胁迫下喀斯特石漠化地区乡土草种的光合生理特性变化规律,以期为喀斯特地区生态恢复和石漠化治理工程筛选抗旱性较强的乡土草种。[方法] 以喀斯特石漠化地区常见的画眉草(Eragrostis pilosa)、糠稷(Panicum bisulcatum)和荩草(Arthraxon hispidus)为材料,用盆栽称重、控制浇水的实验方法模拟土壤水分环境,进行干旱胁迫实验;测定相对叶绿素含量、净光合速率(Pn)、蒸腾速率(Tr)、水分利用效率(WUE)、气孔导度(Gs)、胞间CO2浓度等光合生理指标。[结果] 1随着干旱胁迫程度的加剧,3种草种的相对叶绿素含量均呈显著下降趋势;2在重度干旱胁迫下,3种草种的叶绿素含量荩草最高,糠稷次之,画眉草最低;3重度干旱胁迫下3种草种光合速率大小排序为:糠稷 > 画眉 > 荩草;糠稷的蒸腾速率较低,水分利用效率最高,抗旱性最好。[结论] 从光合作用的角度来看,糠稷更能适应石漠化地区的干旱环境。

Abstract: [Objective] The objective of this study was to select the local weeds that were more drought-resistant for ecological recovery in the karst rocky desertification area by studying the photosynthetic and physiological traits of native grasses under drought stresses. [Method] In this study,3common weeds (Eragrostis pilosa,Panicum bisulcatum and Arthraxon hispidus) in the karst rocky desertification area were selected as experimental materials.A pot experiment was conducted to simulate drought environment.The photosynthetic and physiological indexes,such as chlorophyll content,net photosynthetic rate (Pn),transpiration rate (Tr),water use efficiency (WUE),stomatal conductance (Gs) and intercellular CO2concentration (Ci)were measured. [Results] ① the chlorophyll content of the 3 weeds was reduced by drought stress;② under the severe drought stress,the order of chlorophyll content was A. hispidus > P. bisulcatum > E.pilosa;③ the order of photosynthetic rate of 3 weeds was P. bisulcatum > E.pilosa > A. hispidus under the severe drought stress.The Tr of P. bisulcatum was the lowest but WUE was the high-est.Therefore,the drought-resistance of P. bisulcatum was the most excellent. [Conclusion] According to the photosynthetic performances,P. bisulcatumis more adaptable to drought stress in the rocky desertification area.
