金沙江干热河谷地区坡地水土流失直接经济损失评估

The Direct Economic Loss Assessment of Soil And Water Loss for Slope Land in the Dry-hot Valleys of the Jinsha River

摘要: [目的] 金沙江干热河谷是长江上游生态环境最脆弱、水土流失最严重的区域之一。深入探讨了该地区坡地水土流失造成的直接经济损失,为制定有关政策措施提供科学可靠的依据。[方法] 在核心区域的攀枝花市选择坡耕地及原始自然坡地水土流失中的土壤养分流失、水分及泥沙流失作为直接经济损失的评估对象。[结果] 2010-2012年,该区坡耕地土壤侵蚀模数为2 492 t/(km2·a),是未扰动原始自然坡地(>25°)的108倍。坡耕地土壤养分流失中,碱解氮的流失量最大,其次为速效钾和速效磷;且随着坡度的增加,流失量呈上升趋势,但趋势渐缓。坡耕地土壤养分累计流失量为249.40 kg/(km2·a),是原始自然坡地的116.28倍。坡耕地水土流失直接经济损失为148.38万元/(km2·a),是原始自然坡地的3.76倍。[结论] 表明了金沙江干热河谷地区坡耕地水土流失的极其严重性。

Abstract: [Objective] The dry-hot valleys of the Jinsha River is one of the areas with worst ecological environment and most seriously loss of soil and water.The objective of this study is to provide the scientific and reliable basis for policy making,by studying on the direct economic loss of soil and water loss for slope land in this area. [Method] The loss for soil nutrient,water and sediment were selected as evaluation objects in the slope land and the original natural slope land of Panzhihua city. [Results] The soil erosion modulus of slope land was 2 492 t/(km2·a)from 2010 to 2012,which was 108 times of the original natural slope.The loss of available nitrogen was the largest,followed by available potassium and available phosphorus;the loss of soil nutrient showed an increasing tendency when the slope gradient increases,but the increasing rate gradually slowed down.The cumulative loss for soil nutrient of the slope land was 249.40 kg/(km2·a), which was 116.28 times of the original natural slope.The direct economic loss was 1.48million yuan/(km2·a),which was 3.76 times of the original natural slope. [Conclusion] The resultsshowed the severity of the soil and water loss for slope land in the dry-hot valleys of the Jinsha river.
