川牛膝种子发芽特性的研究

Study on Germination Characteristics of Cyathula officinalis Kuan Seeds

摘要: [目的] 研究川牛膝种子萌发生长的影响因素,为其科学栽培提供理论依据。[方法] 纸床恒温光照培养法。[结果] 不同品种类型、生长年限、贮藏年限、剥壳处理以及温度条件等对川牛膝种子的发芽能力有显著影响,脱粒与不脱粒保存对发芽率无显著影响。[结论] 川牛膝种子发芽的适宜温度为20℃,红牛膝种子的发芽能力和耐寒能力较白牛膝强,剥壳可以提高发芽能力,陈种子发芽能力较新种子发芽能力低。

Abstract: [Objective] To provide a theoretical basis for scientific cultivation,a experiment was conducted to study the factors influencing germination of C. officinalis seeds.[Method] A filter paper bed within constant temperature and light was used.[Results] There were significant differences in germination of C. officinalis between different varieties,growing years,storage time,husking and tested temperature but threshing had no significant effect.[Conclusion] The optimum temperature for germination of C. officinalis seeds was about 20℃.Red type of C. officinalis was stronger than white type in germination capacity and cold resistance.Husking treatment improved germination capacity and the germination capacity of new seeds was higher than that of seeds stored over two year seeds.
