两种微生物肥料对景电灌区枸杞产量及品质的影响

Effects of Two Microbial Fertilizers on the Growth and Quality of Wolfberry (Lycium barbarum L.) in the Jingtai Electric-irrigated Area

摘要: [目的] 研究有机宝(Y)和根菌宝(G)两种微生物肥料的不同用量对枸杞品质和产量的影响。[方法] 试验采用随机区组设计,测定并统计各试验组枸杞的药用品质和产量,分析其差异。[结果] 多糖含量以G-6000mL/株Y-4800mL/株最高;类胡萝卜素含量均以4800mL/株最高,且G增效略优于Y;黄酮含量则随G肥用量增加先增后降,而在施用Y肥后普遍提高,但是用量过高(Y-7200mL/株)后出现明显的下降;甜菜碱合成则表现为G-3600mL/株和Y-2400mL/株效果最好。产量随根菌宝(G)用量增加先增后降,而随有机宝(Y)用量增加而降低,分别在施用G-4800mL/株和Y-2400mL/株时达到最高。[结论] 施用微生物肥料有助于提高和改善枸杞的生产性状。运用灰色综合评价评判各施肥措施的优劣程度,得到G肥中低用量G-3600mL/株(评判值为17.6751)以及Y肥低用量Y-2400mL/株(评判值为16.9441),两种处理的综合优势最高。

Abstract: [Objective] The objective of this study was to investigate the effects of two microbial fertilizer (G and Y) on wolfberry's quality and yield.[Method] Randomized block design and grey comprehensive evaluation was used.The medicinal quality and output in each experimental group and their difference was determining and analyzed.[Results] The results indicated that the polysaccharides content reached the maximum value under G-6 000 mL and Y-4 800mL per plant,respectively.The content of carotenoid reached in its highest level under 4 800 mL per plant.And the synergism in group G was slightly better than that in group Y.What's more,the flavonoid content was increased at beginning and then decreased with the increasing amount of G.It showed a generally rising trend after using Y,but it was decreased significantly after using large amount (Y-7 200 mL per plant).The optimal effect for synthesizing betaine was under G-3 600 mL and Y-2 400 mL per plant,respectively.For the grain yield,it went up firstly and declined finally with the adding of content G,by contrast,it was dropped following the decrease of content Y.There is a peak of grain yield when using G-4 800 mL per plant and Y-2 400 mL per plant.[Conclusion] Microbial fertilizer has positive effect on advancing and improving production traits of wolfberry.By using grey comprehensive evaluation to judge the virtues or defect degree of different fertilization measures,it concluded that G-3 600 mL and Y-2 400 mL per plant,evaluation value was 17.675 1 and 16.944 1,respectively.Those two kinds of processing have the highest comprehensive superiority.
