陕西省水稻种质资源中Pi9基因的分布状况

Distribution of the Blast Resistance Gene Pi9 in Rice Germplasm Resources in Shaanxi Province

摘要: [目的] 明确陕西省主要稻种资源中Pi9基因的分布状况,为稻瘟病抗性育种提供依据。[方法] 利用抗稻瘟病抗性基因Pi9的显性标记PB8和共显性标记PB9-1对2012年长江上游国家水稻区域试验材料62份、陕西省水稻区域试验材料99份及陕西省水稻研究所原始材料圃331份材料进行Pi9基因位点检测。[结果] 在161份区试材料中,13份为抗性基因纯合体,18份为抗性基因杂合体,其余为感性基因纯合体。331份材料原始材料中,18份为抗性基因纯合体,15份材料未检测出条带,其余均为感性基因纯合体。[结论] 陕西省主要水稻种质资源中Pi9基因所占比例较少。

Abstract: [Objective] The aim of the study was to investigate the occurrence of Pi9 gene in the rice germplasms of Shaanxi province,which is critical for improving the blast resistance level in rice.[Method] The distribution of rice blast resistance gene Pi9 in cultivated rice varieties (62 from the national rice test region in the upper Yangtze river,99 from the Shanxi province rice test region and 331 from the original breeding parental rice) were analyzed by using Pi9 dominant marker PB8 and co-dominant marker PB9-1.[Results] Thirteen Pi9 homozygous loci,18 Pi9 heterozygous loci,and 130 susceptible loci were respectively found in the 161 cultivated rice varieties from the upper Yangtze river national rice test region and Shanxi province rice test region.There were 18 Pi9 homozygous loci and 305 susceptible homozygous loci in 331 original breeding parental rice varieties,and no molecular signal was detected in the remaining 15 accessions.[Conclusion] The results indicated that Pi9 gene had a small proportion in the rice germplasms of Shaanxi province.
