稻瘟灵和乐果对中华蟾蜍蝌蚪的急性毒性实验研究

The Study of Acute Toxicity of Isoprothiolane and Dimethoate on Tadpoles (Bufo gargarizans)

摘要: [目的] 研究稻瘟灵和乐果对中华蟾蜍蝌蚪的急性毒性效应,以期为农药的水环境监测及合理使用提供科学依据。[方法] 采用水生生物急性毒性实验方法研究稻瘟灵和乐果对中华蟾蜍蝌蚪的单一毒性影响。[结果] 中华蟾蜍蝌蚪在稻瘟灵中24、48、72和96h的半致死浓度(LC50)分别是27.885、25.181、23.366和22.551mg/L,安全浓度(SC)为6.283mg/L;在乐果中24、48、72和96h的半致死浓度(LC50)分别是52.321、38.998、29.319和24.115mg/L,安全浓度(SC)为6.500mg/L。[结论] 稻瘟灵和乐果对中华蟾蜍蝌蚪属于低毒性农药,本研究结果将为合理使用这两种农药提供依据。

Abstract: [Objective] The aim of this research was to study the toxic effect of isoprothiolane and dimethoate on Bufo gargarizans tadpoles and provide the scientific basis for pesticides in the water environmental monitoring.[Method] An acute toxicity method of aquatic biology was used to evaluate the acute toxicity effects of isoprothiolane and dimethoate on tadpoles of Bufo gargarizans.[Results] The results showed that the LC50 of isoprothiolane at 24,48,72 and 96 to tadpoles of Bufo gargarizans were 27.885,25.181,23.366 and 22.551 mg/L,respectively,and the safe concentration (SC) was 6.283 mg/L;the LC50 of dimethoate at 24,48,72 and 96 h to tadpoles of Bufo gargarizans were 52.321,38.998,29.319 and 24.115 mg/L,respectively,and the safe concentration (SC) was 6.500 mg/L.[Conclusion] Both of isoprothiolane and dimethoate are low toxicity for the tadpoles of Bufo gargarizans and this research will provides a reference to the rational usage of these two pesticides.
