猪背最长肌与腰大肌microRNA表达谱分析

Study on MicroRNA Transcriptome between Porcine Longissimus doris Muscle and Psoas major Muscle

摘要: [目的] 为研究microRNA在猪肌肉生长发育中的作用。[方法] 采用Illumina高通量测序技术对猪背最长肌和腰大肌的microRNA转录组进行测定,并鉴定差异表达的microRNA。[结果] 在猪背最长肌和腰大肌文库中分别产生了15.22M和17.52M的序列;两个文库共检测到的695个microRNA,其中有363个共表达、193个差异极显著(P<0.01)。[结论] 说明microRNA在不同骨骼肌类型中存在差异表达。

Abstract: [Objective] This experiment was conducted to investigate the effects of microRNAs on the development of porcine skeletal muscle.[Method] Illumina Solexa sequencing technology were applied to determine the miRNA expression patterns between porcine longissimus doris muscle and Psoas major muscle.[Results] A total of 15.22 M and 17.52 M mappable sequences were expressed in longissimus doris muscle and Psoas major muscle library respectively.Totally 695 unique miRNAs were observed,and 363 were co-expressed in two libraries,of which,193 were significantly differentially expressed between longissimus doris muscle and and Psoas major muscle library (P<0.01).[Conclusion] All these differences indicated the essential roles of miRNAs in the phenotypic variations of different muscle fiber types.
