梁山慈竹生长对养分施入的响应

The Growth Characteristics of Dendrocalamus farinosus with Different Nutrient Application Ratio, Quantity and Methods

摘要: [目的] 揭示养分施入模式对梁山慈竹生长特征的影响,为制定合理的梁山慈竹土壤营养管理技术提供依据。[方法] 以梁山慈竹为研究对象,通过养分施入比例、施入量和施入方式3个因素不同水平的正交实验,研究了梁山慈竹新竹数量、胸径、生物量和繁殖率对不同养分施入模式的响应。[结果] 梁山慈竹不同生长指标对不同养分施入因素的响应程度不一致。养分施入方式对梁山慈竹新竹胸径、生物量和繁殖率的影响最大。穴施对梁山慈竹新竹胸径、撒施对新竹生物量和撒施对梁山慈竹繁殖率的增长影响显著。其次,养分施入量对梁山慈竹新竹胸径和繁殖率也有显著影响,养分输入量为0.6kg/丛可以显著提高新竹胸径和繁殖率。养分施入比例对梁山慈竹不同生长指标影响未达到显著水平,但是养分施入比例N:P2O5:K2O为5:2:1时,梁山慈竹生长指标增长效果明显。[结论] 针对梁山慈竹不同生长指标推荐了最佳养分输入模式。对新竹胸径的最佳模式为:养分施入比例(N、P2O5、K2O)为3:2:1,养分施入量为0.6kg/丛,养分施入方式为穴施。新竹繁殖率最佳模式为:养分施入比例(N、P2O5、K2O)为5:2:1,养分施入量为0.6kg/丛,养分施入方式为撒施。新竹生物量最佳模式是:养分施入比例(N、P2O5、K2O)为5:2:1,养分施入量为1.2kg/丛,养分施入方式为环施。

Abstract: [Objective] The objective of this study was to reveal the effect of nutrient application mode on the growth characteristics of D. farinosus, which can apply scientific bases for establishing the rational soil nutrition management techniques. [Method] The orthogonal experiment was carried out base on the three main factors including nutrient application ratio, quantity and methods with three levels. [Results] The results indicated that growth characteristics, including new bamboo, diameter at breast height(DBH), the biomass of new bamboo, reproductive rate, showed inconsistently response to different nutrient application modes. The DBH, biomass, reproductive rate of new bamboo were affected significantly by the nutrients application methods. The DBH of new bamboo of D. farinosus increased significantly by perforated method, while the biomass and the reproductive rate of new bamboo increased significantly by broadcast fertilizer. What's more, the DBH of new bamboo and reproductive rate increased significantly by the nutrients application amount of 0.6 kg per clump. The growth indexes didn't significantly increase with the proportion of nutrients application. However, the growth indexes of D. farinosus largely increased when the ratio of nitrogen(N):phosphorus(P):potassium(K) was 5:2:1. [Conclusion] The below was the recommended mode of nutrients applied for different growth index of D. farinosus. The optimum mode for the DBH of new bamboo was that the nutrient application ratio of N:P:K was 3:2:1, the nutrient application amount was 0.6 kg per clump, the nutrient application method was perforated method. The optimum mode for the reproductive rate of D. farinosus was that the nutrient application ratio of N:P:K was 5:2:1, the nutrient application amount was 0.6 kg per clump, the nutrient application method was broadcast fertilizer. Moreover, the optimum mode for the biomass of new bamboo was that the ratio of N:P:K was 5:2:1, the nutrient application amount was 1.2 kg per clump, the nutrient application method was circling nutrients application.
