狗尾巴草多酚提取及抗氧化性研究

Study on Extraction of Total Polyphenol in Setaria viridis(L.) Beauv and Iis Antioxidation Activity

摘要: [目的] 研究狗尾巴草中多酚的最佳提取条件及其抗氧化性。[方法] 采用乙醇浸提法,探讨了浓度、温度、时间和料液比等提取条件对提取多酚的影响,并通过正交实验优化条件。[结果] 结果表明,在最佳条件乙醇浓度为60%,提取时间为2.0h,料液比为1:20,温度为70℃时,提取的多酚含量为2.806mg/g,实验结果还表明,从狗尾巴草中提取的多酚清除羟基自由基的作用较强。[结论] 此工艺提取效果较好,多酚含量较高。

Abstract: [Objective] The aim of this study was to investigate the optimal conditions of polyphenol extraction from Setaria viridis(L.) Beauv and its antioxidation. [Method] Ethanol extraction was used to explore the effects of concentration, temperature, time, ratio of material to liquid on total polyphenol. The best conditions for extraction were identified after complete orthogonal analysis. [Results] The best conditions for polyphenol extraction were 60% ethanol, 2.0 h, material/liquid 1:20, and 70℃. In this case, the rate of extraction was 2.806 mg/g. The S. viridis. had relatively strong antioxidative effect. [Conclusion] The result shows that the optimal conditions is effective method for polyphenol extraction.
