茉莉花渣多糖的提取分离及抗氧化作用

Extraction, Separation and Anti-oxidation Activity of Polysaccharide from Jasmine Dried Residue

摘要: 采用水提醇沉法从茉莉花渣中提取多糖,研究乙醇体积分数、浸提液浓缩程度、sevag法脱蛋白次数对茉莉花渣多糖(polysaccharide from jasmine dried residue,JPS)提取分离效果的影响,并探讨了茉莉花渣多糖的抗氧化性。结果表明:乙醇体积分数在75%~85%范围内,浓缩程度在料液比为1:2,经过3次脱蛋白处理时JPS的提取分离效果较好。茉莉花渣多糖在0.2~1.0mg/mL范围内对·OH具有明显的清除作用,IC50为0.52mg/mL,为茉莉花渣资源的进一步开发利用奠定基础。

Abstract: The effects of gradient concentrations of ethanol, thickening degree of water extract and times of sevag de-protein operation on the extraction and separation of JPS were investigated, and JPS was assessed for its antioxidant activity. The results showed that the effect of extraction and separation of JPS was better as ethanol concentration was in the range of 75%~85%, the ratio of jasmine dried residue flour to water was 1:2 and the times of sevag de-protein operation was 3. JPS was effective in scavenging ·OH in the range of 0.2~1.0 mg/mL, with the IC50 being 0.52 mg/mL.
