川西漂洗水稻土茶园茶树铁含量动态特征及影响因素

摘要: 植物在铁的生物地球化学循环中有重要作用。为了弄清漂洗水稻土茶园茶树各器官在各采摘季节的铁含量及影响因素,于不同月份对四川省名山县漂洗水稻土茶园的茶树及对应的土壤进行采样分析。结果表明:茶树全铁含量在不同器官间存在差异,总体表现出根 >叶 >茎的特征,但3月份为叶 >根 >茎;各器官铁含量在不同月份也存在差异,根表现出9月>7月>5月>3月的趋势,茎和叶表现出9月 >5月 >7月 >3月的趋势。各器官中,仅茶树叶的铁含量与土壤有效铁含量呈显著正相关关系;除活性铁外,土壤各形态铁与相应的铁转移系数呈显著负相关关系;pH值与TFo、络合铁转移系数TFp呈显著负相关;有机质与TFp呈显著正相关关系;土壤腐殖质与茶树根、叶铁含量呈正相关关系,与各转移系数(除有效铁转移系数TFa)呈显著正相关。因此,在漂洗水稻土茶园中,茶树对铁的吸收累积不仅受土壤铁形态及其含量的影响,还受pH值、有机质和腐殖质等性质的影响。

Abstract: Plant plays an important role in geo-biochemistry of iron. To understand iron seasonal dynamics in different organs of tea tree and its influence factor in bleached paddy soil, tea trees and corresponding soil in a tea garden were sampled in Mingshan County, Sichuan province in different tea-picking seasons. Iron(Fet) content in tea tree and soil, active iron(Feo), chelate iron(Fep), available iron(Fea) in soil were analyzed. Corresponding transfer coefficients(TFt, TFo, TFp and TFa) of tea tree were also calculated. The results showed that there were obviously differences in iron content among different tea organs, and showed the order as root > leave > stem in total, but leave > root > stem in March. Moreover, the iron content in tea organs was different in different seasons, showing the order as September > July > March > May for root, and September > March > July > May for stem and leave. Significant positive relationships were observed between the soil available iron and leave iron content, between soil organic matter content and TFp. Additionally, soi humus content displayed significantly relationships with root(or leave) iron content, TFt, TFo, TFp. The results suggested that iron absorption and accumulation of tea was not only affected by soil iron form and their contents, but also related to other soil characters as pH, organic matter and humus content in bleached paddy soil.
