铜胁迫下垂序商陆的生长响应和铜富集特性

Growth and Copper Accumulation of Phytolacca americana L. in Response to Copper Stress

摘要: 通过盆栽试验,分析垂序商陆(Phytolacca americana L.)在Cu胁迫下生长响应及其对Cu的富集特性。结果表明,低浓度Cu处理对垂序商陆生长具有一定的促进作用,在Cu≥900mg/kg时胁迫作用才明显表现,株高和根长开始降低,且耐性系数均>0.8,表明垂序商陆对Cu有较强的耐性。植株地上部和根部Cu的最高含量分别为74.74mg/kg和44.58mg/kg。植株地上部和根部Cu的最高累积量分别为134.59μg/株和107.47μg/株。除Cu最高浓度处理外(1200mg/kg),各处理迁移系数均大于1,表明垂序商陆有较强的将Cu从根部转运到地上部的能力。

Abstract: Phytoremediation, using hyperaccumulator or accumulator plants accumulate heavy metals with high concentrations in their tissues, is one of the efficient ways in cleaning up the soils contaminated by heavy metals. In this study, the characteristics of growth, copper uptake and accumulation of Phytolacca americana L. were investigated under different copper stresses in a pot experiment. The results showed that low concentration copper could promote the growth of the P. americana. When soil copper concentration was higher than 900 mg/kg, obviously stress of plant growth was observed, showing that both plant height and root length decreased, and the tolerance index was above 0.8. It showed that P. americana has a strong tolerance to copper stress. The highest copper concentrations in shoot and root were 74.74 mg/kg and 44.58 mg/kg, respectively. The largest accumulation of copper in shoot and root reached to 134.59μg/plant and 107.47μg/plant, respectively. Plant translocation factor in each treatment was above 1.0 except for in the treatment with the highest soil copper concentration(1200 mg/kg). The results suggested that copper could efficiently translocated from root to shoot in P. americana.
