烟酸铜(Ⅱ)螯合物的固相合成、表征及抑菌活性

Solid Phase Synthesis, Characterization and Antibacterial Activity of Copper (Ⅱ) Nicotinate Chelate

摘要: 在室温条件下通过固相反应合成了烟酸铜螯合物,考察了铜源、反应时间、原料配比对合成产物的影响。实验结果表明最佳的合成工艺条件为:以醋酸铜为铜源,反应时间3h,醋酸铜:烟酸(摩尔比)=1:2。采用摩尔电导、元素分析、红外光谱、紫外光谱及X-射线粉末衍射光谱对所合成的螯合物进行了表征。抑菌实验表明该螯合物对金黄色葡萄球菌、枯草芽孢杆菌、大肠埃希菌和铜绿假单胞菌具有一定的抑菌活性。

Abstract: A copper(Ⅱ) chelate with nicotinic acid was synthesized by the method of solid phase synthesis in room temperature.The effects of copper source type, reaction time and materials ratios on the product were investigated.The experiment result showed the optimum synthetic conditions as follow:using copper acetate as copper source, reaction time as 3 hours, copper acetate:nicotinic acid as 1:2(mol:mol).The chelate was characterized by molar conductance, elemental analysis, infrared spectra, ultraviolet spectra and X-ray powder diffraction.Antibacterial test displayed that the chelate had a certain antibacterial activity against staphylococcus aureus, bacillus subtilis, escherichia coli and bacillus aeruginosus.
