摘要: 针对基本农田在实际划定过程中存在主观随意性太强,过多的迎合经济发展,忽视耕地的质量要求的问题,本次研究从耕地质量入手,考虑耕地肥力、连片性等,并结合耕地区位条件,确定各个影响因子的权重,建立基本农田划定的辅助决策模型,为科学合理高效地划定基本农田提供依据。本次研究以平坝、丘陵、山地等地貌,区域内耕地质量和区位条件差异明显的都江堰市为例,对基本农田划定模型进行了验证,实验结果表明该方法更加科学、合理,一定程度上避免了规划过程中人为的主观影响。

Abstract: In the process of designating prime farmland,such problems exist as determining prime farmland subjectively,catering to economic development too much and neglecting the quality request for farmland.To make the designation of prime farmland more scientific,reasonable and efficient,this study builds the decision-making model of determining prime farmland by computing the value of each factor,based on consideration of the quality of farmland,land fertility and connectivity and combined with the location of farmland.Furthermore,this model is verified in Dujiangyan city,where significant differences exist in landforms such as plains,hills and mountains as well as land quality and regional conditions.The results show that this method is more scientific and reasonable,and can avoid the subjective impact in the process of land planning.
