ICS-90型离子色谱测定饮用水中硫酸根离子的不确定度分析

Uncertainty Evaluation of Sulfate Content in Drinking Water with Ion Chromatog

摘要: 科学准确地测定硫酸根离子,对于评价饮用水水质好坏,保障人体健康有重要意义。本文依据CNAS-GL06《化学分析中不确定度的评估指南》,通过采样分析、试验,对离子色谱法测定水中硫酸根离子的不确定度进行了评定。结果表明,水中硫酸根离子浓度为49.683 mg/L,扩展不确定度为1.364 mg/L,不确定度的最大来源是拟合标准工作曲线产生的不确定度,其次为标准储备溶液的制备过程带来的不确定度和仪器重复测量以及移液管使用带来的不确定度。

Abstract: Sulfate is one of the main indicators of "drinking water health standards".The scientific and accurate determination of the results is important to the evaluation of water quality and protection of people's health.According to CNAS-GL06 "the guide of uncertainty evaluation in the chemical analysis", through sampling and analysis, uncertainty evaluation of sulfate in water had been assessed by ion chromatography.The results showed that the concentration of sulfate in water was 49.683 mg/L and expanded uncertainty was 1.364 mg/L.The main factors affecting determination uncertainty of sulfate came from the introduction of fitting curve, the repetition of measurement and the process of using pipette.
