The Development Analysis of the Sugar Industry Efficiency in China Based on Super Efficiency DEA-Tobit Model

摘要: [目的] 我国糖企经营效益反映了我国糖业的发展状况,因此本文通过探讨我国上市糖企的综合效益、技术效益和规模效益来对我国糖业的发展给出分析和建议。[方法] 本文采用了超效率DEA及Tobit回归模型对我国糖企进行了研究。[结果] 从2013年至2014年的分析可得:总股本、制糖业占企业主营收入比例、研发支出占营业收入比例、大专及以上学历者、流动比率及股权结构与上市糖企的经营绩效关系明显。[结论] 以食糖业为主的企业发展应该兼顾以甘蔗为主导产业的多元化,而以糖替代品为主的企业则应以扩大规模为主要发展方向。

Abstract: [Objective] The business efficiency of sugar enterprise reflects the development situation of sugar industry in our country. Therefore, the crste, vrste and scale of sugar industry in our country were analyzed to give some suggestion for the development of sugar industry. [Method] This paper used the super efficiency DEA and Tobit regression model to analyze the sugar enterprise. [Result] From the data of 2013 and 2014, the relationship between general capital and sugar business proportion of main business income, between R & D expenditure proportion of main business income and junior college or above educational background, and between current ratio and ownership structure and sugar enterprise business performance were significant. [Conclusion] The sugar-major enterprise should multiplex the sugarcane industry. Moreover, the main development direction of sugar substitutes-major enterprise is expansion of the scale.
