陕南老茶树扦插茶苗资源遗传多样性分析

Analysis of Genetic Diversity of Cutting Seedlings Resources in Old Tea of Southern Shaanxi

摘要: [目的] 研究陕南地区老茶树资源表型性状遗传多样性,旨在为后续的茶叶育种提供优良资源。[方法] 以55份陕南地区老茶树资源为材料,采用统计分析和聚类分析方法开展研究。[结果] 研究表明陕南老茶树资源的变化幅度和变异系数均较大,茶树资源性状差异明显,遗传多样性丰富。通过聚类分析可将茶树资源划分为4个类群。第1类群包含13个老茶树资源。第2类群仅包含1个老茶树资源,为B14-3。第3类群包含16个老茶树资源,第3类群的组成较为复杂。第4类群包含26个老茶树资源。第4类群中除了B14-34、B14-33、B14-18外,其余均不是来自南郑碑坝。[结论] 陕南老茶树种质资源遗传多样性丰富,亲缘关系与地理分布有一定的关系,优异资源筛选潜力大,能为今后茶树育种提供各类亲本材料。

Abstract: [Objective] The objective of the study was to investigate the Studying on Pphenotypic diversity of cutting seedlings resources in old tea of Southern Shaanxi and to in order to provide excellent reserves for breeding. [Method] 55 old tea resources in Southern Shaanxi were conducted and by using statistical analysis and cluster were condected in this study. [Result] The change range and variation coefficient were relatively large in the old teas of southern Shaanxi. The Ddifferences between traits were significant and there was abundant in genetic diversity. The old tea resources were divided into 4 groups with cluster analysis. The first group included 13 old tea resources and the second group included 1 old tea resources, it is(B14-3). The third group included 16 old tea resources and, there is was more complex in the composed of 3rd group. The fourth group included 26 old tea resources. The rest of old teas were from Nanzheng Beiba in addition to theexcept for B14-34, B14-33, and B14-18, the rest of old teas were all not from Nanzheng Beiba in 1st group. [Conclusion] Cluster analysis is relatively accurate to reveal the differences between old tea resources from different areas and different ecological regions. It can provide the an scitientific basis for tea breeding.
