樟木与楠木木材挥发油成分的比较与分析

Comparison in Volatile Components of Wood between Cinnamomum camphora and Phoebe zhennan

摘要: [目的] 通过对樟木与楠木中挥发油成分的分析比较,为樟木与楠木的化学辅助鉴别提供参考与依据。[方法] 采用超声辅助正己烷/乙醇双液相萃取技术提取樟木与楠木中的挥发油,并采用气相色谱-质谱(GC-MS)联用的方法对其挥发油化学成分进行分析。[结果] 从樟木和楠木木材挥发油中分别鉴定出37和21个成分,各占挥发油总量的62.214%和33.365%。樟木中的主要成分为α-松油醇(7.311%)、桉油醇(6.850%)、2,4-二叔丁基苯酚(5.367%)、樟脑(4.674%)等;楠木中的主要成分为沉香螺萜醇(7.989%)、2,4-二叔丁基苯酚(3.016%)、马鞭草烯酮(2.999%)、β-桉叶醇(2.331%)等。[结论] 樟木与楠木木材中挥发油成分共有11个,其主成分存在明显差异,可以作为樟木与楠木木材的辅助鉴别手段。

Abstract: [Objective] The aim of the study was to analyze and compare the chemical components of volatile oils from the wood of Cinnamomum camphora and Phoebe zhennan, and to provide reference and basis for chemical identification of C. camphora and P. zhennan. [Methods] Ultrasound-assisted petroleum n-hexane/ethanol two-phase solvent extraction was used to extract the essential oil from the wood of C. camphora and P. zhennan. Gas chromatography mass spectrometry(GC-MS) was used to analyze the chemical components of volatile oils. [Results] Thirty-seven and twenty-one kinds of chemical constituents in the essential oils were identified, respectively, from the wood of C. camphora and P. zhennan, accounting for 62.214% and 33.365% of the total. The main components of C. camphora were 3-Cyclohexene-1-methanol, . alpha., . alpha. 4-trimethyl-(7.311%), Eucalyptol(6.850%), Bicyclo[2.2.1]heptan-2-one, 1, 7, 7-trimethyl-, (1R)-(4.674%), Phenol, 2, 4-bis(1, 1-dimethylethyl)-(5.367%) and so on; The main components of P. zhennan were Agarospirol(7.989%), Phenol, 2, 4-bis(1, 1-dimethylethyl)-(3.016%), Bicyclo[3.1.1]hept-3-en-2-one, 6, 6-trimethyl-(2.999%), 2-Naphthalenemethanol, decahydro-.alpha.,.alpha.,4a-trimethyl-8-methylene-,[2R-(2.alpha.,4a.alpha.,8a.beta.)]-(2.331%) and so on;[Conclusion] There are eleven common components in the wood of C. camphora and P. zhennan but there are obvious differences in the principal component between two species. It can be used as an auxiliary means of identification the wood of C. camphora and P. zhennan.
