硅和钾对低温下大庆地区水蜜桃一年生枝条生理代谢的影响

Effects of Silicon and Potassium on Physiological Metabolism in Current Branches of Juicy Peach at Daqing under the Low Temperature

摘要: [目的] 探索硅和钾配施对大庆地区水蜜桃一年生枝条抗低温胁迫的影响。[方法] 采用盆栽的方式,设置6个施肥处理A:未使用钾肥和硅肥、B:硅肥基施(5月10日)、C:8月6日钾肥喷施、D:8月钾肥喷施+硅肥基施(5月10日)、E:9月6日钾肥喷施、F:9月钾肥喷施+硅基施(5月10日),测定低温处理下不同处理的水蜜桃一年生枝条相对电导率、可溶性糖含量、可溶性蛋白含量、脯氨酸含量、丙二醛含量的变化。[结果] 低温胁迫下,硅素和钾素处理与对照相比明显降低了水蜜桃一年生枝条中的相对电导率和丙二醛含量,增加了可溶性糖、可溶性蛋白和脯氨酸含量。[结论] 8月钾肥喷施+硅肥处理(E处理)对多数指标调节效果更好,说明硅、钾处理可以明显地增强低温胁迫下水蜜桃一年生枝条的抗寒性,缓解了低温胁迫对水蜜桃一年生枝条的胁迫伤害,尤其是硅、钾的配合施用对增强水蜜桃一年生枝条的抗寒效果更好。

Abstract: [Objective] The aim of the study was to explore the effect of Si and K on the physiological metabolism in current branches of juicy peach at Daqing under the low temperature. [Method] This experiment had six different treatments, namely no Si and K application, basal application of Si(May 10th), K addition on August 6th, K addition on August and basal application of Si(May 10th), K addition on September 6th, K addition on September+ basal application of Si(May 10th). All pot culture were un-der the low temperature in laboratory. Relative electrical conductance, soluble sugar content, soluble protein content, proline content and MDA content were measured after the low temperature stress. [Results] Si and K treatments obviously decreased the relative electrical conductance and MDA con-tent of the current branches of juicy peach but increased the contents of soluble sugar, soluble protein and proline, compared with the control. [Conclusion] Most indicators were better in current branches of juicy peach when treating with both Si and K at August. The results indicated that the treatment with Si and K could enhance the cold resistance of current branches of juicy peach and reduce the in-jury of low temperature to current branches. Especially, the combination of Si and K is better in improve the cold resistance.
