6个品种油橄榄幼苗抗寒性及其与抗寒指标的灰色关联度分析

Cold Resistance of Six Varieties of Olea europaea Seedlings and Its Grey Correlation Degree Analysis

摘要: [目的] 试验测定了叶片相对电导率、可溶性糖含量等9个生理指标,并对抗寒性进行了综合评价,以期为油橄榄抗寒性研究和生产活动提供理论支持。[方法] 以陇南武都的6个油橄榄品种幼苗为试验材料,应用隶属函数值法和主成分分析法对6个品种油橄榄幼苗抗寒性进行综合评价,在此基础上运用灰色关联度分析法对抗寒指标和抗寒性的相关性进行分析。[结果] 结果表明,隶属函数值法与主成分分析法综合评价的结果相一致,6个油橄榄品种幼苗的抗寒性强弱顺序为:皮削利 > 配多灵 > 莱星 > 阿斯 > 鄂植8号 > 佛奥,各项抗寒指标与平均隶属函数值(抗寒性)的关联顺序为:超氧化物歧化酶(SOD) > 可溶性蛋白质含量 > 过氧化氢酶(CAT) > 叶绿素含量 > 过氧化物酶(POD) > 脯氨酸含量 > 相对电导率 > 可溶性糖含量 > 丙二醛含量。[结论] SOD、可溶性蛋白质含量、CAT和叶绿素含量可作为油橄榄抗寒适应性鉴定的首要指标。

Abstract: [Objective] The aim of the study was to explore te nine physiological indexes of Olea europaea, including relative electric conductivity(REC) and soluble sugar(SS) content etc. and to analyze the cold resistance comprehensively. The results are expected to provide some theoretical basis for research and production of O. europaea. [Method] Six varieties of O. europaea from Wudu south Gansu were select-ed as experimental material. Subordinate function and principal component analysis were used to ana-lyze cold resistance of six varieties of O. europaea. Additionally, grey correlative method was used to analyze the relationship between cold resistance and cold resistance indexes. [Results] The result of subordinate function analysis was similar to the result of principal component analysis. The tolerance of the tested cultivars was listed as Picholine > Pendolino > Leccino > Ascolana Tenera > Ezhi 8 > Frantonio. In addition, The correlative degree between cold resistance indexes and average subordinate function val-ues was superoxide dismutase(SOD) > soluble protein(SP) > catalase(CAT) > chlorophyll(Chl) > peroxide en-zyme(POD) > proline(Pro) > relative electric conductivity(REC) > soluble sugar(SS) > malondialdehyde(MDA). [Conclusion] Superoxide dismutase, soluble protein, catalase and chlorophyll can be regarded as the first important indexes for cold resistance evaluation of O. europaea.
