“华金6号”金银花新品种药材适宜采收期研究

Study on the Suitable Harvest Time of Lonicerae japonicae Flos New Variety “Huajin 6”

摘要: [目的] 探讨确定"华金6号"金银花新品种药材适宜采收期。[方法] 采集三青期、二白期及大白期后不同时间内的花蕾,用游标卡尺和电子天平测定花蕾的长度、最粗处直径、干重等指标;HPLC法测定绿原酸及木犀草苷含量。[结果] 在三青期至大白期,花蕾外观性状变化明显且呈上升趋势,花蕾长度、直径及干重分别由0.17cm、2.05cm、0.19g上升至0.24cm、2.80cm、0.25g,大白期后第2天至第11天,三者均趋于稳定;在三青期至大白期,绿原酸含量由33.59mg/g下降至24.32mg/g,木犀草苷含量由0.55mg/g上升至0.95mg/g,大白期后第2天至第11天,绿原酸含量呈缓慢下降趋势,最低至17.73mg/g,但木犀草苷含量持续上升,最高至1.93mg/g。[结论] "华金6号"金银花在整个大白期内,花蕾干重,绿原酸、木犀草苷含量均相对稳定,考虑到花蕾发育的一致性及药材外观性状,本研究认为"华金6号"金银花在整个大白期内均可采摘。

Abstract: [Objective] Discuss and ensure the suitable harvest time of Lonicerae japonicae Flos new variety "Huajin 6". [Method] Collecting flower buds from different harvest time, including three green stage, two white stage, big white stage, bud morphological characteristics such as size and weight index of different harvest of Lonicerae japonicae Flos new variety "Huajin 6" were measured by vernier caliper and electronic balance;The contents of chlorogenic acid and luteoloside were measured by HPLC. [Results] From three green stage to big white stage, the appearances of Lonicerae japonicae Flos "Huajin 6" change obviously, bud length, diameter and dry weight were on the rise from 0.17 cm, 2.05 cm, 0.19 g to 0.24 cm, 2.80 cm, 0.25 g respectively;During second days to eleventh days of big white period, bud length, diameter and dry weight tended to stable;During three green stage to big white stage, the content of chlorogenic acid was significantly declined from 33.59mg/g to 24.32mg/g, the content of cynaroside increases significantly from 0.55 mg/g to 0.95 mg/g. During the second days to eleventh days of big white period, the content of luteoloside kept rising until to 1.93mg/g and the content of chlorogenic acid had no significant changes during the second days to eleventh days of big white period. [Conclusion] The dry weight and the contents of chlorogenic acid and cynaroside of Lonicerae japonicae Flos "Huajin 6" are relatively stable in the whole big white stage, considering the consistency and appearance of the bud, this study thinks that Lonicerae japonicae Flos "Huajin 6" can be picked during the whole period.
