基于主成分分析的栝楼优良品系筛选研究

Study on Screening of Fine Varieties of Trichosanthes Based on Principal Component Analysis

摘要: [目的] 调查研究栝楼的品质性状,通过对其综合评价,筛选出栝楼优良品系。[方法] 测定栝楼的生长性状、果实性状、化学成分含量的相应指标,通过主成分分析法综合打分排名。[结果] 各指标种质间的变异系数均较大;主成分分析提取出栝楼优良选择的6个重要成分:果实形态、种子、果皮、果实产量、瓜蒌瓤、游离氨基酸含量品质,这6个主成分代表20个品质性状的86.507%信息;通过综合得分排名筛选出4个优良品系:牛心瓜蒌、青瓜、6号苗和PYGL19。[结论] 通过对性状因子的分析,用主成分作为栝楼优良品系选择标准,较用单一性状加权打分更为简便;同时避免了性状间相互作用造成的重复选择,较人为加权打分更加科学准确。

Abstract: [Objective] To investigate the quality traits of Trichosanthes kirilowii Maxim, through its comprehensive evaluation to select the fine varieties of Trichosanthes. [Method] The growth traits, fruit characters, and the content of chemical components were measured, and ranked by principal components analysis. [Results] The coefficient of variation among all kinds germplasms are relatively large;To extract the six important components of excellent varieties by principal components analysis:fruit morphology, seed, peel, fruit yield, the fruit flesh quality, the content of free amino acids, six main components represent 86.507% of the twenty quality traits;Ranking by comprehensive score, four fine varieties were selected:niuxin gualou, qing gua, No.6 and PYGL19. [Conclusion] Through analyzing the character factor, comparing with single trait weighting, principal components are more convenient as standard;While avoiding duplication of choice caused by the interaction between the characters, it was more scientific and accurate than the weighted scoring. The principal component analysis is introduced into the selection of fine varieties of traditional Chinese medicine for the first time, and had a certain reference value for the selection of excellent varieties in the future, planting and material selection for different processing purposes.
