峨眉雪胆微丸对断奶仔猪肠道形态及消化酶活性的影响

Effects of Emei hemsleya Pellets Additives on Intestinal Morphology and Digestive Enzyme Activity of Weaning Piglets

摘要: [目的] 探究峨眉雪胆微丸对断奶仔猪肠道形态及消化酶活性的影响。[方法] 选用28日龄断奶、初始体重平均为7.86kg的杜×长×大三元杂交仔猪96头,随机分为A、B、C、D组,每组3个重复,每个重复8头,分别在基础日粮中添加0.08%硫酸粘杆菌素、0.008%穿心莲提取物以及0.025%、0.05%比例添加峨眉雪胆微丸进行21d饲养试验,以绒毛高度、隐窝深度、绒毛高度隐窝深度比值、消化酶活性等为考察指标,研究添加峨眉雪胆微丸对断奶仔猪肠道形态及消化酶活性的影响。[结果] 结果表明,与添加抗生素对照组相比,0.025%峨眉雪胆微丸添加组仔猪各段的绒毛高度,绒毛高度隐窝深度比值显著增加(P<0.05);淀粉酶活性显著增大(P<0.05)。0.05%峨眉雪胆微丸添加组仔猪十二指肠,空肠部位绒毛高度显著增大(P<0.05),绒毛高度隐窝深度在十二指肠回肠部位显著增加(P<0.05),淀粉酶活性差异不显著(P>0.05),脂肪酶和胰蛋白酶活性降低。[结论] 饲粮中添加适量的峨眉雪胆微丸可改善断奶仔猪肠道形态,并有提高消化酶活性的作用,其中以0.025%峨眉雪胆微丸添加组的效果较好。

Abstract: [Objective] To study the effects of basic ration with Emei hemsleya pellets additive on intestinal morphology and digestive enzyme activity of weaning piglets. [Method] Four groups divided from 96 weaning Duroc×Landrace×Yorkshire piglets with 7.86 kg (mean initial body weight)were fed 21 days by basic ration with different dosage of Emei hemsleya pellets additive. [Results] The results showed that 250 g/1 000 kg Emei hemsleya pellets additive could increase the length of duodenum, ileum, and duodenum villi significantly, and the ratio of length of bloom to the depth of pits, as well as amylase activity significantly. 500 g/1 000 kg Emei hemsleya pellets additive could improve intestinal morphology and digestive enzyme activity but the difference was not significant. [Conclusion] Adding appropriate amount of Emei hemsleya pellets can improve intestinal morphology and digestive enzyme activity of weaning piglets. Adding 250 g/1 000 kg Emei hemsleya pellets in basic ration can obtain the best intestinal morphology and digestive enzyme activity effect of weaning piglets.
