杏当年播种成苗技术及萌发生理研究

Technology of Sowing and Germination Physiology of Apricot Seeds

摘要: [目的] 提高杏育种效率,缩短育种年限,为杏种子快速繁殖提供科学依据。[方法] 以杏种子为试材,当年采收后进行播种,研究种子处理方式、生长调节剂以及消毒方式对杏种子萌发的影响,并测定种子萌发过程中淀粉含量、可溶性糖含量以及淀粉酶活性等生理指标的动态变化情况。[结果] 结果表明:去除种皮、赤霉素处理和种子消毒均有利于杏种子当年萌发;萌发过程中种子淀粉含量下降,可溶性糖含量先增后降,α-淀粉酶活性与可溶性糖含量基本成反比。[结论] 去除种皮杏种子通过80mg/L霉素和10%过氧化氢综合处理后,不需要经过常规层积作用,在采收当年就可以萌发成苗。

Abstract: [Objective] The objective of the study was to improve the breeding efficiency and short-en the breeding period, which may provide a scientific basis for apricot propagation rapidly. [Method] The influences of seed treatment, growth regulator and disinfection methods on apricot on seeds germination were investigated after the harvest. At the same time, the dynamic of starch content, soluble sugar content and amylase activity were measured during the process of seed germination. [Results] The results showed that the removal of seed coat, GA3 treatment and seed disinfection were beneficial for the germination of apricot seeds. Over the process of seed germination, the starch content decreased but soluble sugar content increased. α-amylase activity was inversely proportional to soluble sugar content. [Conclusion] Stratification was not necessary for apricot seed germination. Apricot seed without coat can germinate through the treatments of 80 mg/L GA3 and 10% H2O2 in the harvest year.
