我国猪肉进口环境效应分析

摘要: [目的] 评价我国猪肉进口的环境效应,提出相应的建议对策。[方法] 从规模效应、结构效应、技术效应3个角度,引入猪肉行业相关变量修正EKC模型,验证并分析猪肉进口贸易的环境效应。[结果] 估算了我国生猪生产污染物排放中化学需氧量COD、生化需氧量BOD以及氮排放量TN。结果显示我国猪肉进口环境库兹涅茨曲线存在。从规模效应、结构效应、技术效应3个角度分析猪肉进口贸易的环境效应。[结论] 我国应发展生态猪业,控制生猪养殖规模,适度扩大猪肉进口,积极调整猪肉业结构,引进外国先进猪肉生产技术,提高猪肉产业可持续发展能力。

Abstract: [Objective] To evaluate the environmental effects of Chinapork imports and put forward corresponding suggestions. [Method] Introduce the pork industry related variables into the modified EKC model from three perspectives as scale effect, structure effect and technical effect. [Results] The Chemical oxygen demand (COD), biochemical oxygen demand (BOD)and nitrogen emissions (TN)were estimated in the pollutant emissions of pig production in China. And the environmental Kuznets curve relationship model (EKC)was proved to exist in China pork imports. [Conclusion] The following suggestions were put forward:ecological pig raising with moderate scale, moderate expansion of pork imports, active adjustment of the pork industry structure, introduction of foreign advanced technology, improvement in the ability of sustainable development in pig industry.
