优质肉鸡胴体外观性状遗传力及相关性分析

Estimates of Heritability and Correlations for the Carcass Appearance Performance of High-quailty Broiler Chickens

摘要: [目的] 估测优质肉鸡外观性状的遗传参数,为胴体外观性状的选育提供理论依据。[方法] 采用父系半同胞相关法分别估算鸡皮肤厚度、脂肪带宽度、毛孔数及体重的遗传力及各性状间的相关。[结果] 结果表明,皮肤厚度、脂肪带宽度、毛孔数及体重的遗传力分别为0.201、0.225、0.723和0.584。皮肤厚度和脂肪带宽度为低遗传力性状,毛孔数属高遗传力。无论表型相关和遗传相关,鸡皮肤厚度、脂肪带宽度和毛孔数均呈极显著相关(P<0.01),皮肤厚度和脂肪带宽度的相关系数最高。毛孔数与肌内脂肪含量极显著正相关(P<0.01),与肌苷酸显著相关(P<0.05),与VB1显著负相关(P<0.01)。脂肪带宽度与失水率、肌内脂肪含量和皮肤厚度极显著相关(P<0.01)。皮肤厚度与pH值、肌内脂肪含量和脂肪带宽度极显著相关(P<0.01),与失水率、肉色和肌苷酸显著相关(P<0.05)。[结论] 对毛孔数进行选育,可达到改良优质肉鸡肉质的效果。

Abstract: [Objective] The Heritability of carcass was appearance estimated and the genetic and phenotypic correlation between the traits also evaluated, in order to provide basic theoretical for the breeding and improve main quality characters of carcass appearance. [Method] The paternal half-sib correlation method was used to estimate the heritability of the skin thickness of back, fat width, pore density and the body weight of high-quality chicken S3 line at the 12 sd week. [Results] The results showed that the heritability of skin thickness of back, fat width and pore density were 0.201, 0.225, 0.723 and 0.584, respectively. The heritability of skin thickness and fat width were medium. It was high heritability of pore density. The pore density was significant positive correlation with intramuscular fat (P<0.01), and correlation with inosinic acid (P<0.05), and significant negative correlation with VB1. The fat width correlation with the rate of water loss (RWL), intramuscular fat and fat width (P<0.01). The skin thickness, pH, intramuscular fat content (IMF)and fat width were significantly correlated (P<0.01)and correlated with RWL, meat color and inosine acid (P<0.05). [Conclusion] The skin thickness and pore density were good markers for selective breeding, and could improve the quality of meat.
