成都市农地非农化空间效率差异分析

Analysis of Variances of Farmland Conversion Spatial Efficiency in Chengdu City

摘要: 在成都市区域划分的基础上,本文运用建设用地对GDP增长的弹性系数、单位建设用地对GDP的贡献额、单位建设用地平均边际产出等指标对成都市1996~2005年农地非农化空间效率效率差异进行了分析。研究结果表明,成都市农地非农化并没有达到空间效率的均衡。因此,从效率的角度来看,在成都市农地非农化过程中,可加大对Ⅱ区(双流县、龙泉驿区、郫县、新都区)、Ⅲ区(都江堰市、彭州市、金堂县、温江区、青白江区),尤其是Ⅰ区(金牛区、青羊区、武侯区、成华区、锦江区)农地非农化的供应量,从而在促进成都市经济快速增长的同时,有效保护农地,特别是有限的耕地资源。

Abstract: Based on the region division of Chengdu city,this paper analyzed variances of farmland conversion spatial efficiency from 1996-2005 in Chengdu city with the application of some indexes,such as construction land elasticity coefficient to GDP,the contribution volume of per-construction land to GDP,average marginal product of per-construction land.The results indicated that the spatial efficiency equilibrium of the farmland conversion had not been achieved in Chengdu city.So in terms of efficiency,new added construction land should be allocated to region Ⅰ (including Jinniu district,Qingyang district,Wuhou district,Chenghua district,Jingjiang district),region Ⅱ (including Shuangliu county,Longquanyi district,Pixian county,Xindu district) and region Ⅲ (Dujiangyan city,Pengzhou city,Jintang county,Wenjiang district,Qingbaijiang district),which can promote the rapid development of economy and well protect the farmland,especially the limited farmland resource available in Chengdu city.
