马蹄金褐色叶斑病菌的生物学特性

摘要: 马蹄金褐色叶斑病菌(Pyrenophora dichondrae sp. nov.)在PDA上生长和产孢最好,菌丝生长和产孢的适温为25~28℃,适宜pH5~7,全黑暗促进产孢,全光照促进菌丝生长。对碳源的利用以葡萄糖最好,麦芽糖最差;对氮源的利用以硝酸钙最好,氯化铵最差。孢子萌发的最适温度为20~28℃,最适相对湿度为90%~100%,最适pH6~8,最适于孢子萌发的碳源为葡萄糖,氮源是硝酸钠。子囊孢子致死温度是49℃。

Abstract: For the grow th and ascospore formation of Pyrenophora dichondrae sp. nov. , the best medium was PDA, the optimum temperature was 25~28℃ and the optimum pH was 5~7. Complete darkness promoted ascospore formation and complete illumination promoted hypha growth. The pathogen could make use of many kinds of carbohydrates, and dextrose seemed to be the best C source, while malt sugar the poorest. Calcium nitrate was the best N source, while ammonium chloride was the poorest. For ascospore germination of the pathogen, the optimum temperature and relative humidity (RH) were 20~28℃ and 90%~100% respectively. The optimum pH for ascospore germination was in the range of 6~8. For ascospore germination of the pathogen, the best C source was dextrose and N source was sodium nitrate. The thermal death point of the ascospore was 49℃.
