转Bt基因后代玉米新不育胞质A的遗传分析

Genetic Analysis of a New Type of Maize CMS Obtained from the Offspring of Transgenic Bt Maize

摘要: 在四川雅安、云南元江两地,多次对四川农业大学从农杆菌介导法所获得的转Bt基因再生植株后代中发现的玉米新细胞质雄性不育材料(编号为A)进行育性观察和遗传分析。育性观察表明,A是一个不育性及恢复性稳定的细胞质雄性不育材料,其稳定性受环境条件和回交代数的影响不大;雄花育性恢复专效性测定和特异性引物PCR扩增两种鉴定结果一致表明,A属C组细胞质雄性不育;测交后代的育性分离表明,A的育性恢复涉及3对基因,其中1对基因能单独控制育性的恢复,另两对基因具有互补的作用效应。

Abstract: Observation and genetic analysis on maize cytoplasmic male sterile (A) obtained from the offspring of transgenic Bt maize by agrobacterium, have been carried out in Yaan and Yuanjiang for 2 years and 3 generations.The results indicate that the male sterile has stable sterility and restoration.The different environmental conditions and backcross generations have little effect on its sterile stability.Genetic analysis shows that the male sterile should be classified into group C of cytoplasmic male sterility and the restoration of fertility involves 3 genes among which one can restore the fertility alone, and another two genes have complementary effect.
