植酸酶对长白×荣昌杂交仔猪饲粮钙、磷利用率影响的研究

Effects of Phytase on the Utilization of Calcium and Phosphorus in Corn-soybean Diets for Landrace×Rongchang Piglets

摘要: 选用48头长白×荣昌杂交仔猪进行2个2×2因子的代谢试验,试验期2周,每个试验均设2个有效磷水平(0.36%和0.26%)、2个植酸酶添加水平(0、750 FTU/kg),共4个处理组,每个处理组设6个重复。试验一为高能水平(DE:14.3 MJ/kg),仔猪起始体重9.2 kg;试验二为低能水平(DE:12.8 MJ/kg),仔猪起始体重16.9 kg。结果表明,在试验一饲粮添加植酸酶,仔猪钙消化率(CD)、钙沉积率(CR)、磷消化率(PD)和磷沉积率(PR)分别提高3.0%、6.0%、12.2%(P<0.05)和11.9%(P<0.05);降低饲粮有效磷水平后,PD和PR分别降低7.3%,7.0%,CD、CR分别增加3.5%、3.2%、(P>0.05)。在试验二饲粮添加植酸酶,仔猪钙消化率(CD)、钙沉积率(CR)、磷消化率(PD)和磷沉积率(PR)分别提高4.3%、4.9%、19.6%(P<0.01)、21.3%(P<0.01);降低饲粮有效磷水平后,PD和PR分别降低7.7%、6.9%,CD、CR分别增加11.1%、11.6%(P>0.05)。两个试验均表明,饲粮添加植酸酶后血清磷浓度趋于升高,血清钙、血清碱性磷酸酶活性(试验一)趋于降低。由此表明,在本试验条件下,饲粮添加750 FTU/kg植酸酶相当于添加1 g以上无机磷,提高钙、磷利用率;降低饲粮有效磷水平则降低钙、磷利用率。

Abstract: Two 2×2 factorial balance experiments by using 48 Landrace×Rongchang piglets were con-ducted to study the effects of phytase supplementationin the diets on Calcium and Phosphorus utiliza-tions.In each experiment,there were 4 treatments with 2 dietary levels of available phosphorus(AP) (0.36% and 0.26%) and 2 levels of phytase supplementation(0 and 750 FI U/kg).Each treatment had 6 replicates of 1 pig.Dietary DE was 14.3 MJ/kg and initial bodyweight of pigs was 9.2 kg for Exp.1,and 12.8 MJ/kg,16.9 kgfor Exp.2.The experiment lasted for 2 weeks.In Exp.1,phytase supplementation improved Ca digestibility(CD),Caretention(CR),P digestibility(PD) and P reten-tion(PR) by 3.0%,6.0%,12.2% and 11.9% respectively.The decrease of dietary AP resulted in the reduction of PD and PR by 7.3% and 7.0%,and the increase of CD,CR by 3.5%,3.2% re-spectively(P>0.05%).In Exp.2,phytase supplementation improved CD,CR,PD and PR by 4.3%,4.9%,19.6% and 21.3% respectively.The decrease of dietary AP resulted in the reduction of PD and PR by 7.7%,and 6.9% and the increase of CD,CR by 11.1%,11.6% respectively(P>0.05%).Serum P concentration tended to increase,serum Ca and serum alkalescence phosphatase(ALP) activity(in Exp.1) tended to decrease.It is concluded 750 FTU/kg phytase supplementation enhances the utilization of dietary Ca and P,Decrease of dietary levels of AP reduces P and improves Cautilization.
