Biotype Identification of Ginger Bacterial Wilt Strains in Sichuan

摘要: 根据Hayward鉴定青枯菌生物型的方法,对四川雅安、乐山、眉山、简阳、温江、宜宾等六地分离得到的55个姜青枯菌菌株进行鉴定,结果表明:四川省姜青枯菌共有Ⅰ型、Ⅲ型、Ⅳ型和Ⅴ型等4个生物型。其中以Ⅲ型和Ⅰ型为主要的生物型,分别占总样的58.1%和27.3%。

Abstract: Fifty-five strains of giner bacterial wilt caused by Ralstonia solanacearum were isolated from Yibin, Wenjiang, Meishan, Leshan, Jianyang, Yaan for biotype test according to the standard established by Hayward. Four biotypes are discovered including Ⅰ, Ⅲ, Ⅳ and Ⅴ. Thirty-two strains belong to biotype Ⅲ and fifteen belong to Ⅰ, which account for 58.1% and 27.3%.
