几个一品红品种低温胁迫的生理特性研究

摘要: 对一品红(Euphorbia pulcherrima Willd.)5个品种进行3℃,5℃,8℃低温胁迫。结果表明:随温度降低,各品种细胞膜透性增强,可溶性糖增加显著,氮代谢明显上升,脯氨酸含量也随胁迫温度降低而呈增加趋势,低温诱导产生更多的脯氨酸。从各品种的生理特性表现来看,自由红和红粉两个品种的耐低温胁迫能力较强。

Abstract: With respectively low temperature stress five Euphorbia pulcherrima Willd. cultivars were treated under 3℃, 5℃ and 8℃ in the experiment. The results show:under low temperature(3 and 5℃), there's an remarkable rise in membrane permeability and soluble sugar; the nitrogen metabolism also varies clearly; meanwhile, the content of Pro tends to increase so that more Pro is produced. From the point view of physiology characteristic performance the Freedom red and Maren have a relatively higher resistance to chilling.
