钾肥对大白菜品质和产量的影响

摘要: 通过田间试验,研究了钾肥对大白菜产品的品质和产量形成的影响。试验结果表明,随着施钾量的增加,软叶和叶帮中的NO3-含量明显减少,叶帮和软叶中硝酸盐含量与施钾量分别呈显著和极显著负相关,相关系数r分别为:-0.959*和-0.989**。同时,增施钾肥能有效地提高叶帮和软叶中的可溶性糖、蛋白质和Vc的含量。结果还表明,增施钾肥能提高大白菜功能叶的叶绿素含量与地上部的生物学产量和净菜率,显著提高大白菜的叶球产量。

Abstract: A field trial was conducted for investigating the effects of K fertilization on production of head quality and head yield of Chinese cabbage(Brassica pekinensis Rupr). The results indicate that K application can reduce obviously the content of NO3- in vein and mesophyll, and the content of NO3- in vein and mesophyll is significantly correlative to the dose of K application with the coefficients of(-0.959*)(vein) and -0.989**(mesophyll). Simultaneously, K dressings can improve the head quality obviously by increasing the contents of soluble carbohydrate, protein and vitamin C. The results also show that K application can enhance the head yield remarkably of Chinese cabbage by increasing the content of chlorophyll in functional lamina and shoot biomass, proportion of head yield in shoot biomass.
