分期播种对早籼稻米品质影响的研究

Effects of Interval Sowing on Rice Quality of Early Indica

摘要: 采用播期调节方法对华南稻区11个主栽早籼品种的9个品质性状进行了变异分析、相关分析以及典型相关分析。结果表明:不同品质性状对播期变化所表现的变异程度不一,垩白度、垩白粒率和垩白面积的变异最大,其次是胶稠度和整精米率,长宽比的变异度最小,适时早播能缓解各品质性状对播期的反应,从而获得相对较优的品质;各品质性状间存在程度不同的相关性,其中垩白度、垩白粒率和垩白面积与其他性状呈显著负相关,糙米率、精米率、整精米率与胶稠度间呈显著正相关,长宽比与其他性状的相关性相对较低;典型相关分析中,因具较大的变异,垩白度、胶稠度和碱消值的载荷量最大,显示其在稻米品质中的重要性,相反,长宽比的载荷量最小,对稻米品质的作用较为次要。

Abstract: In order to study rice quality and relationship among relevant characters affected by different snowing date, 11 early indica rice varieties which are the mainly cultivars update in the southern of China were chosen as materials, and 3 methods of variation, correlation, and canonical correlation analyses were applied. The results show that the range of quality traits' variation is different depending on the sowing date. The variant range of chalkiness is vast, followed by gel consistency and head rice rate, whereas of the length/width ratio of rice, it is narrow. Such results imply that better rice quality is to be achieved by selecting appropriate sowing data. The outcome from analysis of simple correlation indicates that there is significantly negative correlation between chalkiness and other quality characteristics, and highly positive correlation is simultaneity observed among the characteristics such as brown rice rate, milled rice rate, head rice rate, and gel consistency. The relationship between length/width ratio of rice and other characteristics is dim, however. Analysis of canonical correlation revealed that, with higher canonical loading caused by the greater variation, chalkiness, gel consistency, and alkali digested value occupy a prominent importance for grain quality. On the other hand, with lower loading because of the small variation, the ratio of rice length and width only expresses a subordinate effect, though it's one of the main components composing the rice appearance quality.
