高剂量铜对仔猪生长性能的影响及作用机理探讨

Effect of High Copper on Growth and Approach to Mechanism in Weanling Pigs

摘要: 108头杜长大仔猪[体重为(15.8±1.34) kg]按饲养试验要求分为2组,分别饲喂添加5mg/kg和250mg/kg铜(CuSO4形式)的相同饲粮,研究高剂量铜对仔猪生长性能的影响及其机理探讨。试验结果表明:添加高铜使仔猪平均日增重提高了13.04%(P<0.01),平均日采食量提高9.91%(P<0.01);饲料粗脂肪的表观消化率提高了10.01%(P<0.05);高铜使十二指肠内容物中淀粉酶和脂肪酶活性分别提高15.66%(P<0.05)、12.53%(P<0.05),胰脏糜蛋白酶活性降低11.69%(P<0.05);血清胃泌素浓度提高29.25%(P<0.01);血清SOD活性提高了36.94%(P<0.01)。

Abstract: One hundred and eight weanling pigs(Duroc×Landrace×Yorkshire) were used to study the effect of copper sulfate on growth and digestion over the live weight range from 15 to 44 kg. The pigs were divided into two groups by weight and sex. The groups received the same basal diet(DE-3.14 Mcal/kg, CP-18.80%), which supplemented with 5 and 250 mg/kg copper. The sample of the pancreas, duodenal contents and serum were taken for laboratory analysis. The results of the feeding trial indicate that high copper improves pig's growth performance. ADG increases by 13.04%. ADFI increases by 9.91%. Digestion experiment shows that high copper enhances the apparent digestibility of EE by 10.01%. The analysis the activities of digestive enzymes shows that copper increases the activities of lipase and amylase in duodenal contents respectively. The activities of protelytic enzymes in duodenal contents tends to rise. High copper decreases the activities of chymotrypsin in pancreas, and the activities of trypsin in pancreas tend to decrease. It is found that copper significantly increases the level of gastrin in serum by 29.25%. High copper enhances the activities of superoxide dismutase by 36.94%.
