红千层的组织培养与快速繁殖

摘要: 以红千层带腋芽茎段为外植体,进行快速繁殖技术研究,其启动率30d可达86.9%,繁殖系数40d可达30~50倍,生根率30d可达95.3%。启动培养基为MS+BA 2.0mg/L+NAA 0.01mg/L,继代增殖以MS+BA 1.0mg/L+NAA 0.1mg/L最佳,生根培养以1/2 MS无激素效果最好。丛生苗在5℃时可保存160d。

Abstract: The micropropagation technique of Callistemon rigidus is developed by using section of stem with buds for explants in this study. The induction rate is 86.9% in 30 days;the multiplication coefficient is 30~50 times in 40 days;the rooting rate is 95.3% in 30 days. The initiation medium is MS+BA 2.0 mg/L+NAA 0.01 mg/L;the best subculture medium is MS+BA 1.0 mg/L+NAA 0.1 mg/L;the ideal rooting medium is 1/2 MS without phytohormones. The shoots can be preserved for 160 days at 5℃.
