摘要: 概述了林地土壤微生物、土壤酶的研究情况,对土壤微生物数量、土壤酶活性的动态变化及其与林地土壤肥力关系的研究现状进行了综述,提出土壤微生物数量和酶活性可作为评价土壤肥力的指标。同时,对存在的问题进行了简析,并探讨了今后的研究方向。

Abstract: The studies on microbes and enzyme activities in forest soil are summarized in this paper. Present situation of the relation between soil microbial quantity, soil enzyme activity and soil fertility in forest are summed up. It is proposed that soil microbe and soil enzyme activity be used as evaluation index of forest soil fertility. Moreover, some problems existing in this field are analyzed briefly, and the hotspots and direction are also prospected.
