柑橘果实糖代谢的研究进展

摘要: 在对柑橘果实糖代谢研究概述的基础上,着重评述了蔗糖运输的相关酶、糖积累过程中催化蔗糖合成的酶、以及与糖代谢相关的酶基因等方面的最新研究进展。提出了运用分子生物学和反向遗传手段,来研究有关酶及酶基因对果实糖分积累的直接作用的进一步研究方向。

Abstract: Based on the research on sugar metabolism in citrus fruit, enzymes related to sucrose transportation and sucrose synthesis and even enzyme genes related to sucrose metabolism are summarized. At last, the further research trend is put forward and the direct effects of those enzyme genes on sugar accumulation are studied by the method of molecular biology and reverse genetics.
