几种寄生虫在黄鳝体内寄生的研究

摘要: 1997~2002年对四川地区黄鳝寄生虫的感染情况作了调查分析,结果表明:在四川地区,黄鳝感染隐藏新棘虫、胃瘤线虫幼虫和锯缘叶形吸虫的感染率高且感染强度较大,并随地区、季节和体长的不同而有一定的差异。这几种寄生虫在黄鳝种群内呈聚集分布,负二项分布系数分别为k=0.1519、k线=0.1748、k=0.1782。黄鳝的肥满度与感染寄生虫的种类和强度不显著相关。

Abstract: An investigation and analysis were carried out about the infection with parasites in ricefield eels in Sichuan Province during the year 1997~2002.The results are as follows:Neosentis celatus,Eustrongylides sp. and Phyllodistomum (Phyllodistomum) serripatula in ricefield eels in Sichuan are highly contagious and the infectiousity is intense,varying with the region,season and body length.The parasites in ricefield eels have centralized distribution,with respective negative binomial distribution model with parameters KNeo=0.1519,KEus=0.1748,and KPhy=0.1782.The fat of ricefield eels does not have much to do with the types of parasites and infectiousity.
