SSR标记遗传距离与小麦杂种优势相关分析

摘要: 利用异源2号、川麦28号和绵阳26号等3个优良品种(系)与繁6等37个四川小麦品种组配杂交组合,考察了F1代6个农艺性状的杂种优势表现,以及与SSR标记揭示的亲本间遗传距离的相关性。结果表明,各性状杂种优势平均值均较低,但变幅较大(-92.31%~145.1%)。小麦21条染色体上的23个SSR引物共扩增出74条带,其中66条(81.2%)具有多态性。每个SSR引物能扩增1~8条,平均为3.2条。亲本间遗传距离(GD)变幅为0.135~0.486,平均GD值为0.297,表明亲本间的遗传差异较大。除穗粒重外,各性状杂种优势与SSR标记揭示的亲本间遗传距离的相关系数均不显著,说明难以利用SSR标记遗传距离预测小麦杂种优势。

Abstract: The relationship between hybrid performance involving 6 agnomic traits and genetic distance based on SSR markers,was investigated.Experimental results show that 23 simple sequence repeats (SSR) markers located on 21 chromosomes generated 74 bands,including 66 polymorphic bands (81.2%).At each SSR primers,1 to 8 fragments can be detected,with an average of 3.2.Based on SSR data,the genetic distance (GD) between parental cultivars is calculated.The GD between parents varies from 0.135 to 0.486,with the average of 0.297.The insignificant correlation between molecular genetic distance and hybrid performance is detected,except grain weight per spike.It is impossible to predict hybrid performance from genetic distance based on SSR markers.
