好氧生物流化床法处理龙须草制浆废水的研究

Study on Chinese Alpine Rush Pulping Wastewater Treatment with Aerobic Biological Fluidized Bed

摘要: 采用好氧生物流化床处理经水解酸化预处理后的龙须草制浆废水。在进水CODcr为5500mg/L左右,BOD5为3575mg/L左右,水力停留时间(HRT)为10h,容积负荷为约0.65kgCODcr/(m3·d),温度为20~30℃,pH为7~7.5的条件下,出水CODcr值为1000mg/L左右,BOD5值为300mg/L左右,CODcr去除率为80%左右,BOD5去除率达92%以上,出水悬浮物(SS)为300mg/L左右,SV%为约4%,这保证了最后出水经混凝和活性炭吸附等后续处理达标排放的可能。

Abstract: Aerobic biological fluidized bed was used to treat Chinese alpine rush pulping wastewater pre-treated by hydrolysisacidrogenesis process. On the condition that the CODcr value of inflow was about 5500 mg/L, the BOD5 value of inflow was 3575 mg/L or so, the hydraulic retention time was 10 hours, the volume loading was 0.65 kg CODcr/(m3·d), the temperature was about 20~30 ℃, and the pH value was about 7~7.5, then the CODcr value of outflow was about 1000 mg/L, the BOD5 value of outflow was about 300 mg/L, the SS value was about 300 mg/L, and the SV% value was 4 or so. And the BOD5/CODcr value decreased to less than 0.30 from about 0.65. All these will make it possible for the final outflow to satisfy the Pulping Wastewater Emission Standard after flocculation and activated carbon absorption treatment.
