始穗后弱光对不同基因型水稻叶片特性的影响

Impact of Low-light Stress on Leaves Characteristics of Rice after Heading

摘要: 弱光胁迫对始穗后叶片生长有明显影响。弱光下,叶片的长度、宽度均比对照高,且不同品种反应有差异,以D优68受弱光影响增幅最大。遮光49%时,各品种的平均LAI比对照高,遮光率为69%时,LAI比遮光49%有所降低。D优68、冈优22的SLA在低光强下明显增加,叶片厚实的Ⅱ优162的SLA在遮荫前期增加而后期减少。叶绿素a、叶绿素b、叶绿素a+b随光强降低而增加,Ⅱ优162、D优68叶绿素b比叶绿素a增幅更大,叶绿素a/b的值随光强减弱而降低,冈优22的叶绿素a/b以遮荫49%时最高。在弱光下,叶片相对干物重高于对照,Ⅱ优162的增幅低于D优68与冈优22。

Abstract: A three-replicate, split-plot design was used with species as main plot treatments and shading as subplot treatments. Species treatments included Indica hybrid Ⅱ you 162, Dyou 68 and Gangyou 22. Shading treatments began after 10% panicles heading, and subplot treatments were wrapped with one or two layers of 49% shade or 69% shade. The leaves characteristics were measured. The leaves characteristics were obviously affected by the low-light stress. The length and the width of leaves under low-light stress were greater than those of the control. The average LAI of each species in 49% shade was higher than that of the control, and the LAI of each species in 69% shade was lower than that in 49% shade. The SLA of Dyou 68 and Gangyou 22 increased while the light-density decreased. The chla, chlb, chl(a+b) increased, and chl a/b decreased while light-density decreased. The relative dry matter weight of leaves in 49% shade or 69% shade was higher than that of the control.
