Q型、AL型和T型小麦雄性不育系恢保特性的比较研究

摘要: 以Q型、AL型和T型的6个小麦雄性不育系为母本,分别与两个Q型恢复系、3个T型恢复系、印度圆粒小麦、密穗小麦、斯卑尔脱小麦和圆锥小麦-节节麦双二倍体各1份进行测交。结果发现,印度圆粒小麦、密穗小麦和圆锥小麦-节节麦双二倍体是这3种不育系的保持系,而其余6份材料则能很好恢复这3种不育系的育性。表明Q型、AL型和T型不育系的恢保特性非常相似。

Abstract: The six wheat male sterile lines, belonging to Q-, AL-, and T-type as the female parents were crossed with 2 Q-type restorers, 3 T-type restorers, one of each Triticum aestivum var. sphaerococcum, var. compactum, var. spelta and T. turgidum T. Tauschii amphidiploid etc. 9 materials respectively. The obtained results indicate that of 9 male materials, var. sphaerococcum, var. compactum and T. Turgidum-T. Tauschii amphidiploid are male sterile maintainers, and the other six male materials exhibit high restoring ability to the six male sterile lines. It is believed that there are no significant difference in restoring and maintaining characteristic among Q-, AL- and T- type male sterile lines.
