有机铬添加剂对猪生产性能和肉质的影响

Effect of Chromium Picolinate on Growth Performance and Meat Quality of Finishing Pigs

摘要: 研究了吡啶羧酸铬对育肥猪生产性能和肉质的影响。36头体重70kg的约克×长白杂交肥育猪随机分成二组,分别饲喂基础饲粮(对照组)和基础饲粮+铬200μg/kg。每组6个重复,每个重复3头猪,试验至100kg体重结束。结果表明,有机铬对育肥猪的日增重、日采食量和料肉比无显著影响。添加有机铬趋于提高眼肌面积和肉色评分,降低肌肉大理石纹评分和肌内脂肪含量;但可极显著提高猪肉的滴水损失。表明,在本试验条件下,有机铬对猪肉品质有一定的不良影响。

Abstract: Thiry-six Yorkshire×Landrace pigs weighing 70 kg were randomly allotted into 2 groups to study the effect of chromium picolinate on growth performance and meat quality. The control group and experimental group were fed respectively with basal diet and basal diet supplemented with 200 μg chromium(Cr) in chromium picolinate per kg diet. Each group contained 6 replicates with 3 pigs per replicate. The experiment was conducted until pigs reached 100 kg of body weight. The results showed that there was no significant difference in average daily gain, daily feed intake and feed conversion rate between the two groups. Cr supplementation tended to increase eye muscle area and meat color score, to decrease marbling score and the content of intramuscular fat. Drip loss was significantly increased by Cr supplementation. It is concluded that supplementation of chromium picolinate in finishing diet has negative impact on pork quality.
