烯效唑对小麦叶片生长发育的调节研究

Studies on Effects of S-3307 Applied to Seeds on Leaf Growth of Wheat

摘要: 以小麦品种川麦30、川麦-107为材料,研究了烯效唑拌种后对小麦生育期间叶片生长的调节作用,结果表明:烯效唑处理降低了中、下部叶片的叶长和叶面积,其抑制效应随浓度增大而增强;烯效唑的抑制效应至倒二叶时发生逆转,倒二叶和旗叶的长度及面积得到了不同程度的提高,品种间和浓度间有差异;烯效唑处理的旗叶与倒二叶的叶面积之和显著高于对照;烯效唑处理后叶片出叶速度加快,总叶片数增加,品种间的药效有差异;烯效唑低浓度处理的主茎总叶面积与对照差异不显著,品种间略有不同。

Abstract: The effects of S-3307(Uniconazole) applied to seed with different concentrations(0, 5, 10, 20, 40, 80mg/kg) on leaf growth of wheat c.v. Chuanmai30 and Chuanmai-107 were studied. The results show as flows:S-3307 treatments decrease the length and leaf area of the first to the ninth leaf, while it increases the length and leaf area of the flag leaf and the reciprocal second leaf. The main stem leaf area for S-3307 treatments in Chuanmai30 and Chuanmai-107 has no significant difference from that of control except the higher treatments. S-3307 increases the amount of main stem leaves, Chuanmai30 has more 1.1 leaves than that of control, Chuanmai-107 has more 0.8 leaves than that of control.
