黑麦染色质诱导小麦群体数量性状变异及特异株系的选育

Variance Diversity Analysis of Quantitative Traits Induced by Rye Chromatin in Wheat and Development of Several Special Wheat Lines

摘要: 对普通小麦(Triticum aestivum L.)My8443与栽培黑麦(Secale cereale L.)自交系R3的远缘杂交回交后代(BC2F5)群体中的119个株系2340个单株与产量构成因素有关的数量性状进行了分析,结果表明:黑麦染色质导入小麦背景后,在回交和连续多代自交过程中,小麦和黑麦染色体相互作用,形成了与小麦亲本性状完全不同的特性,数量性状发生了较大变异。黑麦染色质的导入,对穗颈距的长短影响最大,结实小穗数的影响最小;单株变异系数以穗颈距 > 穗粒数 > 有效穗 > 千粒重 > 株高 > 穗长 > 剑叶长 > 结实小穗数为序而变化;与对照相比,达显著水平变异株系的频率以株高(73.3%) > 穗颈距(66.7%) > 穗长(60%)和穗粒数(60%) > 千粒重(53.3%) > 结实小穗(46.7%) > 剑叶长(33.3%) > 有效穗(6.67%)为序而变化。黑麦染色体的导入可以有效地获得株高,穗颈距,穗长,穗粒数和千粒重,结实小穗,剑叶长等一系列变异株。通过黑麦染色体导入1RS/1BL背景,能够有效地降低株高,增加穗长、穗颈距和穗粒数,从而为改良小麦育种群体提供理论与方法。

Abstract: Quantitative traits of 2340 wheat plants from 117 lines derived from common wheat(Triticum aestivum L. cv. my8443)×rye inbred line R3(Secale cereale L. cv. weiling) BC2F5 progenies were investigated. Several special lines in quantitative characters were developed. The results show that the rich variation in quantitative traits is induced by rye chromatin after rye chromosomes are transferred into wheat with 1RS/1BL chromosome translocation. The variance coefficient of spike neck length is the highest and spikelets per spike is the lowest in the all investigated characters. The range of the variance coefficient from high to low is spike neck length, kernels per spike, number of spike, TKW, plant height, spike length, flag leaf length and spikelets per spike. Compared with wheat parent my8443, the variation of 73.3% lines in plant height, 66.7% in spike neck length, 60% in spike length and kernels per spike, 53.3% in TKW, 46.7% in spikelets per spike, 33.3% in flag leaf length and 6.67% number of spike are significant differences. Rye chromatin could induce effectively to reduce plant height, increase spike and spike neck length as well as kernels per spike under the 1RS/1BL wheat background. The practice and theoretical value of the developed special lines in quantitative characters is discussed in the paper.
