摘要: AFLP是一种基于PCR技术的新的分子标记,也是一种可靠而又理想的遗传标记方法。本文简述AFLP的发展、原理、方法与特点,并综述其在遗传学和育种学中的应用现状及前景。

Abstract: Amplified Fragment Length Polymorphism(AFLP), the new molecular marker technique on the basis of PCR is a realiable and ideal genetic marking method. The development, principle, method, character, application and prospect of AFLP in genetics and breeding are introduced in this paper.
